As a second-generation builder and Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter by trade, Johnathan brings a unique blend of hands on entrepreneurial leadership, and a forward thinking vision to the helm of Better Homes. He previously owned and operated a successful franchise in Western Canada that is still thriving today where he Sharpening his skills in operations, customer service, and business growth. His experience in high volume residential construction, building homes across Alberta, provided Johnathan with deep insights into delivering quality at every stage of the construction process. Today, Johnathan leads Better Homes with renewed energy and a modern outlook, building upon a legacy of quality while driving the company toward new heights and opportunities. With a focus on quality, care, and craftsmanship, he continues to build a lasting legacy. Johnathan’s philosophy is simple: build every home like it’s your own and lead every project with purpose. Caroline Smith was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and holds a Business Degree with a double major in Management and Marketing from Mount St. Vincent University. Her professional journey has taken her across four provinces, gaining valuable experience before making her way back to New Brunswick in 2019. As a core member of the Better Homes team, Caroline plays a vital role in selling our homes, guiding clients through major life transitions, and contributing to the design process that sets our builds apart. She brings a personal, hands-on approach to every project. Whether she’s helping a family find their perfect home or working behind the scenes to ensure the design reflects our high standards. A natural leader and former competitive volleyball player, Caroline continues to give back through coaching the Senior Girls team at Nackawic High School. Her competitive spirit, attention to detail, and heart for service are evident in everything she does. When she’s not working, you’ll find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, getting her hands dirty in the garden, or relaxing with family and friends. A self-proclaimed foodie and lover of home decor, she brings warmth and creativity to both her personal and professional life.
